For the next 30 days, we will try to avoid direct heat on our hair. So no blow drying, flat ironing, or use of curling irons/wands. Those already on their own heat free trial, or veterans at doing so, can share tips below on how you maintain your hair, and style it elegantly without the use of heat tools. Another thing we will try and do in June is drink a good amount of water daily. If you already do, kindly comment below on the benefits you have gotten. If new to the practice, we can start slowly by drinking 2 cups or 500ml a day for the first week, and build up to 1 litre, 1.5 litres, and finally 2 litres of water a day in the final week. Don't forget to comment below to confirm your participation and make sure to keep the rest posted on how its going. It will be good motivation. So if its tips on styling, you can do pictorials. Or even just list the steps or techniques. Then for water intake, you can share a picture of your water bottle, or even a glass of water you are about to consume. As long as you actually do!! Lol, but its all motivational, which is important, so go for it.
